Donations to the SCAPTA Political Action Committee (PAC) funds are utilitzed for contributions to incumbent and new candidate legislators that support the profession of Physical Therapy and share views consistent with the Association's positions. Contributions are limited to $3,500 per individual, group, or company per year. Make checks payable to SCAPTA PAC.

Donate to the Legislative Defense Fund
Donations to the SCAPTA Legislative Defense Fund are a separate fund created to pay for the additional costs associated with defending the PT Practice Act. No contribution limits apply as the funds are not used for campaign contributions. Make checks payable to SCAPTA and indicate in the memo that it is a donation to the Legislative Defense Fund.
