SCAPTA has been alerted to a lawsuit that has been filed in Circuit Court against the South Carolina Board of Physical Therapy (state licensure board).  The lawsuit was filed by two orthopedic surgeons and a physical therapist and challenges numerous aspects to the current South Carolina anti-POPTS law.  SCAPTA is reviewing the situation and will have additional updates in the near future.
