Take a few minutes to nominate a deserving colleague for one of the SCAPTA awards.  The categories are clinical excellence and service to SCAPTA for a Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant. There is a student award to recognize an outstanding student for their contributions to SCAPTA and their profession. Lastly there is an award to acknowledge a member of the SC legislature for noteworthy support of SCAPTA.

Nominees must be a member of SCAPTA and APTA and have SC PT or PTA license and be practicing in South Carolina. Nominations may be submitted by any SCAPTA member and must be submitted in writing using the Awards Nomination Form with an essay or resume supporting the nomination.

The awards nomination form may be found on the SCAPTA web site.  Please submit your nominations by March 15th, 2012.
